Two Russian Tu-22M3 long-range bombers flew over international waters in the Sea of Okhotsk and the Pacific Ocean as part of the Ocean 2024 exercises, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported. The Ocean 2024 exercises were launched on September 10 and are Russia’s biggest naval drills in 30 years, with over 400 Russian Navy warships, submarines, and support vessels, along with more than 120 Russian Naval Aviation planes and helicopters, as well as over 90,000 personnel involved.
