Sawing wide slabs from a 20,000 lb log

This video shows us sawing a 20,000 lb red oak log with our Woodmizer WM1000. It is the largest log that we have gotten from the northeast. It was taken down by a local arborist because it was dying. We will air dry the slabs for a couple years then kiln dry them before selling them.
