The Active Volcano in Oregon The Newberry Volcano

In Oregon, the most statistically likely volcano in the state to produce the next eruption is also larger than the land area of Rhode Island. What I am referring to is the Newberry shield volcano which has produced a combination of both highly explosive summit eruptions and flank effusive to moderately explosive eruptions.
