Tasty bread not only for children's snack. #oatmealrecipe #breadrecipes #oats 400 g all-purpose flour 100 g oatmeal 220 g lukewarm water 20 g fresh yeast or 7 g dried yeast 40 g oil 8 g salt 100 g yoghurt (room temperature) 1. Put the flour and oatmeal in a bowl. Mix and make a well in the centre. Pour the water into it and crumble the yeast. 2. Mix and incorporate some of the flour to form a dough. Cover and leave to rest for 20 minutes. 3. Add the oil, salt and yoghurt. You can process the dough by hand or in a food processor. Cover the dough and let it rise for 60 minutes. 4. Carefully turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface, roll out and shape. Place in a greased tin. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 60 minutes. Heat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 45 minutes.
