(parts list below) This is how I made my homemade Bluetooth boombox. It cost about £50, and sounds better than the Jawbone Jambox, which is saying something. Out of all of the things I've built, this has got to be one of my favourites. Here is a list of parts, searching ebay (worldwide) directly for the quoted items should allow you to buy the same ones that I bought from China.
