Jet Suit Head Tracking Shoulder Turret

The jet suit guys from Gravity asked me if I could build a head tracking shoulder turret. Our original intention was to build a two-axis turret that would do both pitch and yaw, but we discovered there were some issues clearance around the pilot's head.
