Cintāmaṇicakra comes from Avalokiteśvara, a bodhisattva who embodies the compassion of all Buddhas. Reciting Cintāmaṇicakra can be done in a more unrestrained way than when reciting other scriptures, bringing about an auspicious air in believers the more fervently they chant this mantra. Dharma hopes that those who hear and recite along with Cintāmaṇicakra will gain this air themselves, and as such find within themselves the will to make their wishes come true.
