A prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine (“115 for 115“) took place with the mediation of the United Arab Emirates. As a result, Russian soldiers captured in the Kursk region, including conscripts, were released. Currently, the released servicemen are in Belarus, where they are receiving necessary psychological and medical assistance, along with the opportunity to contact their relatives. Subsequently, they will be transferred to the Russian Federation for treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions of the Russian Defense Ministry.
