This is something that Chelle Hafner has done I heard, but I saw it from my online pole dance friend Kapi Huria. I can usually not do the tricks I see her do so it's fun when it works lol. If you're not extreme at frontbending, start with your feet a bit behind the pole, just like I do. I tried both ordinary cupped grip and elbow grip. I guess elbow grip is easier if you have less flexibility. Actually I don't know what this is called but I think it looks like a reverse shoulder mount :)
