Hello everyone and welcome to the bindery! This video is a big step in the epic D&D tome series, both in terms of the work that went into the book, and in runtime! It was a lot of work to get the book into its covers and I tried to show every step of the process as best I could without letting the video go on for hours. I hope you enjoy it, and I very much appreciate your being here! The main operations covered in the video are: Trimming the Fore Edge: 3:30 Rounding & Backing The Spine: 4:50 Trimming the Head & Tail: 11:29 Weaving the Endbands: 15:34 Lining the Spine: 24:48 Attaching the Covers: 32:07 In the next video I will finally get this book finished with a full leather covering, blind tooling, and handmade metal hardware, so be sure to subscribe so you don't miss it. Thanks for watching! Cheers, Dennis In case you missed where this all started...
