The 1st vertical liftoff and landing (VTVL) test for the #Zhuque3 reusable methane-powered carrier rocket was successfully conducted in the Gobi Desert in N. China on Friday, according to its developer LandSpace, a Chinese commercial aerospace company. The test is part of the development of the stainless steel Zhuque-3 rocket first announced in November 2023. The company is aiming for the first flight of Zhuque-3 in 2025.
