I have previously reported that Israel's evacuation plan for Shiites in southern Lebanon could lead to civil unrest in Lebanon. It seems that the first problems due to religious conflicts are already emerging. Video 1: Disputes broke out in the residential area of Ain al-Rummaneh, a Christian suburb of Beirut. The reason: The Christian residents of the suburb refuse to accept the Shiites who have fled southern Lebanon into their residential area. The Lebanese army was called in to bring order between Christians and Shiites. Video 2: Lebanese Druze refuse passage through their village to Lebanese who they believe are Hezbollah members.
