Thailand is battling a raging coronavirus pandemic, with just 9 percent of the population vaccinated. But government says it will receive 61 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine later this year. Many Thais are angry about what they say is the government's botched handling of the outbreak. Some sectors are now suing the government for loss of income and are stepping in to help their fellow Thais.
