Georgia, the birthplace of Joseph Stalin, was no exception. I’ve explored a bunch of old Soviet things since I left Russia and came to Georgia, and it’s time to do it again! Under the USSR, the Georgian town of Tskaltubo became the site of many Soviet resorts and sanatoriums: over 20 were built with Stalin himself overlooking the construction. I have already visited a Stalinist Soviet sanatorium in Sochi, Russia, and in today’s video we’ll explore the abandoned Soviet resorts of Georgia!
