Ukrainian Tanks Left Without Romanian Fuel On July 31, a major fire broke out in the Romanian town of Bragadiru (Ilfov County). A column of black smoke was visible from many kilometers away. Local authorities reported that a private residence was burning, with a large amount of diesel fuel allegedly stored for a diesel generator. This “ordinary“ fire even made it to a local news website, but strangely without any photos from the scene—only smoke photographed from afar, making it difficult to identify the location. Residents of Bragadiru tell a different story. The fire engulfed not a private home but a logistics center where diesel fuel was stored. From there, it was loaded into tanker trucks and transported to Ukraine for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
