Spent my birthday weekend in Majdanpek and Donji Milanovac. They are Vlach towns in the eastern part of Serbia. Donji Milanovac is home to Lepenski Vir, site of 9,000 year old civilization! It's also home to Djerdap National Park. Donji Milanovac has about 500 people and sits right on the banks of the Danube.
