The system of mutually supporting arguments based on the parallel study of the Rigveda and the Atharvaveda texts and the archaeological evidence developed by Dr. Aleksandr Semenenko fixes firmly the composition of the Rigveda between 3300—2600 BCE and of the Atharvaveda — between 2600—1900 BCE — and places the homeland of the Indo-Europeans in the border region between Iran and India.
