After being brutally murdered, Susie ends up in the In-Between, a place that's not more earth, but that's not still heaven. Susie's In-Between world is a magical, constantly shifting place. A dreamscape with idyllic and darkness moments, reflecting her emotions. It's filled with stunning imagery, from ocher-hued cornfields to snow-capped mountains, and enormous ships in bottles (a reference to a hobby shared with her father when she was alive).
