The owner of this mill wanted to preserve the original condition as much as possible. The mill is from the end of the 19th century and was manufactured by the American company Enterprise Manufacturing Company in the state of Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 1864 and operated until 1956 when it was bought by the Silex company. The company produced a large number of different grinders in different sizes and for grinding different raw materials such as coffee, corn, shells, bones, meat and others. The grinder is 30 cm high, has two large wheels with a diameter of 22 cm with spokes resembling petals. One wheel is equipped with a wooden handle.
