South Korea, the U.S., and Japan have agreed to closely monitor and firmly respond to potential technology transfers between Moscow and Pyongyang. Seoul, Washington and Tokyo have been condemning Pyongyang's satellite launch as a clear violation of UN Security Resolutions that ban its use of ballistic missile technology.
