Lionel Richie was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with its class of 2022, and as part of the event, he performed at the induction ceremony. Richie was inducted into the Hall of Fame by Lenny Kravitz, who gave a speech discussing the first time they worked together. Richie played a medley that included his songs 'Hello' and 'All Night Long' and the Commodores’ hit 'Easy', in which he brought out Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl, who joined him on guitar.
