CHINA: SHANGHAI: YELTSIN SIGNS CENTRAL ASIAN BORDER AGREEMENT

Natural Sound Russian President Boris Yeltsin has signed a Central Asian Border Agreement with China and three former Soviet states. The Chinese President Jiang Zemin and the Presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan all attended the signing ceremony in Shanghai.
