And you know I am quite active person, love sport and activity and will be glad to share my knowledge with you. Also I know many people in the entire world have overweight problem, for what cardio exercises is really necessary. So main Idea is go to do some cardio like walk, run, swim, cycling, tracking, hiking, working on machine... But most simple is walking. Than we can shoot two rabbits at the same time, to do a cardio walk and listen some audio books, articles, lectures, documentary. Or what I propose listen some mindset and self programming audio. And here some philosophical life things about different important thing might effect our being, what might be quite interesting for our mind. Just testy mind food, where we can think quite deeply. In this case when you focusing on something deep, can walk and run, cycling more easily and longer than usual. That was the idea, what need to try, how it work in real.
