Welcome to the Soviet Room! I think I’ve been listening too much to some Soviet marches. Also, there’s not much with Igor that would suggest a Russian/Soviet origin other than perhaps the name. Anyway, Igor is one of those characters whose theoretical palace (if it would even be possible according to the lore of the game) could be almost anything, I feel. Maybe it literally could be almost anything. The soundtrack could be randomly generated every time.
