Many people are unaware that the great generals of WW2 MacArthur, Eisenhower and Patton were active in the crackdown of this historic protest. This was a major protest for US War Veterans, call the “Bonus Army“ marches. The Veterans were promised bnouses by the US Government for service during WW1.
