Vice President Kamala Harris delivered remarks to a sorority in Houston, Texas on Wednesday night. She responded to comments by former President Trump, who during a National Association of Black Journalists event in Chicago earlier Wednesday, suggested Harris misled voters about her race. Trump claimed that Harris, the first Black woman and Asian American to serve as vice president, had in the past only promoted her Indian heritage.
