My amazing friend River wanted to sing some of my BG3 songs and of course I said YES PLZ LETS DO IT YES YES YES!!! We've done some other duets on my channel (which you can check out), but can I just say it's great having a masc voice singing the Astarion part? It really narratively lets me show parts that I wanted pointed out such as: - The main voice line is Astarion. - The chorus behind him during the “no longer safe“ verse is his echoes and breaking out of touches and towards the sun. - The end chorus of oos and ahhs are each a separate line with each melody representing a different spawn sibling.
