Let’s hit the gym and learn some useful phrasal verbs. We’re going to work on your English skills so that you can confidently talk about exercise and fitness. You should know that learning phrasal verbs is so important because we use them all the time in everyday conversation. And hopefully this lesson will help you more easily remember the meaning of these different phrasal verbs because you can relate them to exercise. And I’d definitely recommend reviewing the phrasal verbs below in order to cool down after the lesson.
