Semifinals Linda — a twist on the classic CrossFit benchmark workout — was familiar to some European semifinalists and completely new to others. While the workout is typically performed with a barbell loaded to the athlete’s bodyweight, this Semifinals take included barbells and dumbbells loaded similarly to the variation from the 2018 Regionals.
