Labour have won the Blackpool South parliamentary by-election, gaining the seat from the Tories who narrowly beat Reform UK into second place. Labour gained the seat with 10,825 votes while the Tories were second with 3,218 and Reform were third with 3,101. Chris Webb, the new Labour MP for Blackpool South, said the by-election result showed voters have “had enough” of the Tories. Delivering his victory speech, Mr Webb said: “The people of Blackpool South have spoken for Britain.
