The Joe Farrell Quartet was actually a quintet here with the addition of John McLaughlin on guitar. McLaughlin composed this number and it’s one of the prettiest little songs ever in my humble opinion. Also, when I listen to the album track titled “Molten Glass“ it somehow conjures-up those avant-garde interpolations/mobiles for flute by Ramati-Haubenstock from the 1950s. Oh . . . one more thng: this was a vinyl CTI album and if you search the cover art on the Internet, you will see that it has an absolutely beautiful cover art photo like most all of the CTI vinyl albums did. I bought some of them just for cover art that was/is suitable for framing!
