A Grain of Sand

Hey guys! Today, I bring you another lofi song. After the previous video about Cowboy Bebop and lofi, I've been really getting into this kind of vibe recently and decided to go with another classic anime, Samurai Champloo. Both anime were written by the same person if I'm not mistaken, but this is a lot more connected to Hip Hop, which I appreciate. The video for Samurai Champloo was gonna be a different song, but I wasn't totally pleased with it, so I decided to work on something new, more relaxed and short. Used a nice little effect on the guitars for a lofi sound and tons of reverb on the drums. There is a nice hi hat part that has different attacks every 3 hihats for a great sound. Overall, I tried to go for something Mugen would listen if he was fading away to heaven, which is the whole vibe behind the video, reminiscing about the past and Fuu and Jin as he crosses to the other side.
