Hold down the fire button if you have it equipped, or the shortcut grenade button. Then simply spam the ADS button. The character will continuously flip the knife. Tip 2 - Armor Pen - The Knife has Medium Armor Pen, You can Pen through Armored Warriors or Charger Legs. Tip 3 - Chargers - 4 Knives on the Same Charger Leg can take them down.
