Context: I was calmly filming content when I noticed a man next to me filming me without my consent. I gave him the benefit of the doubt… until he boldly admitted it. When I told him I didn’t want to be filmed, he said, “Who are you? I’m in my country.” I asked him to delete the video—he refused. It was only when I made a scene that he acted like he deleted it (not from the trash). I called out, 2 police officers came, and they made sure he deleted it. This video is not like the ones I usually post, because I would have preferred to never encounter this kind of person—but unfortunately, here we are. I’m sharing this not for drama, but to raise awareness: 👉🏽 Foreigners have rights too. 👉🏽 If someone films you without permission, you can say NO. 👉🏽 If they refuse, report it—police are there to help. Yes, racism exists. But we won’t stay silent. We will protect our peace and stand for our rights. To all the racists out there: if you don’t like us, just stay away. ✋🏽 Thank you to the officers who helped me. And to that man: may you remember this moment every time your racism tries to resurface. Have you ever experienced something similar while living abroad or traveling? How did you handle it? Or what will you do if something like that happen to you? Let’s share and support each other 🫂 #SayNoToRacism #KnowYourRights lackInRussia Автор: (inst) julie_ngounga #ForeignersMatter #ProtectYourPeace #Интересная_Планета #путешествия #туризм
