The vast recent expansion of political and economical partnership between Russia and China is not only the consequence of US malignant policy, but a result of meticulous diplomatic efforts as well. While this is true that US, by superciliously claiming to play a world’s policeman (or policewoman) role, stirs up Eastern countries to seek salvation in cooperation against intrusion of US’s hypocrisy, perfidy, double standards and other ’democratic values’, that is just one side of the coin.
