Here’s a quick exploration of how we can make ambient, lofi, experimental music, etc. with sound-on-sound looping. The concept applies exactly the same to a looper, but I chose to use the Boss DD-20 Giga Delay--a digital delay--using infinite feedback to function as a looper. This video focuses on guitar-based loops, but the idea can apply to anything you can loop! 0:00 // Intro 0:50 // With a Simple Loop 1:50 // Drone with Reverse Delay 2:52 // Lofi Loop with Walrus Julia 3:39 // Drone with OBNE Dweller & Pan Mode 5:11 // Drone with EQD Afterneath & Pan Mode This is not *really* a how-to video, but rather just a few examples of things you can do by looping/overdubbing continuously, with no regard for meter, or in some cases even timing at all. A different approach to looping to break out of the metered, structured box. I like using a delay for this because 1) it lets you set a loop time easily (just adjust your delay time), and 2) you can enhance your loops
