Just obliterating Captain at the obelisk on monsoon. Artifact command is immensely useful when doing these skin unlock challenges on monsoon because you can grab all the important items you need for a sturdy build. Just be quick when choosing and don’t stand in one spot for too long. Captain is able to get fast runs on monsoon with those chest hacking terminals, so be sure to either go double hacking terminals or 1 hacker and 1 health terminal combo. Skin looks quite nice.
