I'm a highly sensitive person, an empath and an introvert - I figured this “label“ out for myself a while ago, but only recently understood what it really means and how it impacted my life early on. One day moving closer to nature and exploring life in my own pace, gently and softly, helped me to understand myself and what I want my life to feel like. Perhaps even a term “highly sensitive person” is only that - a term which simply helps to understand and navigate the feelings you experience, but it doesn’t need to become a label to define yourself with. You’re not “too sensitive”, but rather you’re experiencing this world with a more open, feeling, tender heart. _______ Featuring dried flowers I collected over the past 3 years and a frame I randomly found at H&M home. I have so many of these beautiful little flowers left, so I will need to buy more frames of different sizes :) _______ Support my channel: _______ Find me on Instagram: Filmed on: Fujifilm XH2S with 33mm f1/4 lens Edited with: Premiere Pro CC Music: Epidemic Sound _______ #highlysensitiveperson #cottagecore #slowliving key words: highly sensitive person, empath, cottagecore, slow living, gentle living, soft living, how I live gently in a fast paced world, how to express emotions, it's okay to feel, you're not too sensitive, english countryside, soft girl summer, how to live gently
