Night Strikes on the Port of Izmail, Odessa Region As reported by underground sources, critical targets in Izmail were hit. Allegedly the Ukrainian Navy’s boat repair base, as well as the locations of foreign mercenaries and equipment, were targeted and hit in the Ukrainian port of Izmail. After the maritime blockade of Ukrainian Black Sea ports, the Danube ports became an alternative for exporting Ukrainian grain.
