Fully titled “When The Nameless Stars Serenade Your Ravenous Usurpation Of The Blackness“, this is the second full-length release from this incredible modern Symphonic Black Metal project. Even better than the project's 2020 full-length, “Night Of The Bloodmoon“, TGRotM plays a form of extremely epic, synth-heavy Sympho BM, worshipping the moon's radiance and its malignant energies, with guitars only coming through the synth walls of sound very briefly during the straightforward but epic lead work that's scattered across the album. Absolutely fantastic record, definitely bearing strong influences from 90s classics like Emperor or Limbonic Art but also following along the lines of some peers currently doing this style of revisionist Sympho BM, such as Midnight Betrothed, Vrörsaath, Gates of Dawn and Vleddermos. Released digitally by the band. CD and LP versions through New Era Productions. The Gloomy Radiance of the Moon: https://thegloomyradi
