Ep 101 from “My Music Heroes“ -series. James Pankow - My Trombone Hero , Chicago the band. Vadsø-Finnmark-Norway , October 2021 My Trombone Hero ever since a got my first Chicago album «Chicago V» (on cassette) back in the days. I was lucky to see Chicago live at an outdoor concert in New York July 1979. I remember their opening song was «Alive Again« and recall that the horn section needed their notestands for the song «Street Player» later on during the set. I am happy that I could see James Pankow again with Chicago live concert together with Earth,Wind & Fire (another of my favorite band) in Atlantic City in September 2015.
