Hundreds gathered in New York City Hall to participate in 'The People's Medical Freedom' rally, Monday, to protest the mandatory vaccinations passports after New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that a vaccine mandate would go into effect on the week of August 16. Protesters held several anti-vaccine signs which read, 'My body, my choice' and 'Save New York, Save America,' while chanting “we will not comply,“ while others carried a large banner of Bill de Blasio holding Lady Liberty's severed head. “You shouldn't have your livelihood threatened, you shouldn't have your children be forced to stay home if you fail to comply. This is America, we have rights, and that's all it is about, our right to choose,“ a protester said.
