How to machine gears without a gear cutter

I made a tool to simulate shaper gear cutting and then used it to use my CNC machine's A-axis and a 60degree cutter to make a 0.5 module 24 tooth gear. search “github cq-editor“ to find the CadQuery editor. Updated simulator code: just paste that into the CQ-Editor window and hit Render or F5
