Train For Epic Strength - Street Workout Super Finale World Cup 2013

Here my two rounds at the Super Finale in Moscow on 30th November 2013. I cut the last round before the end because it was boring... ^^ I've worked on a few moves only a few weeks before the competition, i speak about the moves i do in the beginning of the first round, the jumps and rotation.
