Here's a sample video from the Bodyweight Trainer HQ to give you an idea of what we get up to in an average week of Fitness Training at our humble abode. When I get some time, I'll put a Martial Arts one together to share our Wing Tsun Kung-Fu, Escrima Weapons Concepts & Self Defence. You may notice, we're pretty passionate about what we do. What we do is challenging. It requires persistent perseverance. It requires motivation for change, the foresight of who we want to be in thirty years time and the will to get up every time and do it, again and again and again. Ironically, as tough as it is, we have a lot of fun. It is the secret ingredient in what we do.
