A Cornucopia Cake is one of the very first cakes that I’ve ever made. I remember it like it was yesterday: filled with handmade marzipan fruits and veggies and piped flowers. It was an assignment I had in middle school, when I was taking cake decorating lessons. This time around I’m making it a bit more modern, filled with Macarons and more current piping styles. I’m also going to be showing you how to do a classic basketweave piping technique! I hope you guys are having a wonderful Fall season so far.
