Footage of the joint patrol of the Coast Guard services of Russia and China Russia and China conducted the first joint patrol of coast guard ships in the North Pacific Ocean, the Russian Federal Security Service said.  In the period from September 20 to October 10, the Russian-Chinese maritime group crossed the Sea of Japan and entered the zone of operation of the Convention on the Management of Fisheries Resources in the North Pacific Ocean.
