A preview of the Abyssal Chasm, the fourth biome for Alex’s Caves, an unreleased mod for Minecraft Java Edition. Not strictly a cave, this biome can be found beneath deep oceans and houses an incredible diversity of life. From gossamer worms, giant whale bones and aggressive Hullbreakers, there is always something to stumble upon even in this oppressive darkness. But be careful, Deep Ones are always watching... Also included is an announcement pertaining to the fifth (and final for release) cave biome. Note that this announcement currently doesn’t have a set date- but you can keep track of progress on the discord server for my mods:
