TUNA & CREAM CHEESE PATTIES! Ingredients * 100g drained tuna (1 tin) * 60g (1/4 us cup) cream cheese * 1 egg * 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan * 20g (1/4 us cup) bread crumbs, plus extra for coating * Parsley Method 1. Combine all the ingredients. (add more breadcrumbs if the mixture is too wet) 2. Roll the mixture into pattie shapes. 3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the patties over a medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides. 4. Remove from the pan and put them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. 5. OR You can cook them in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. 6.
