I added what I know, how to bake more fluffy bread and I made this recipe guide video. Kudos to Jim Lahey for creating such a wonderful and creative recipe. * With the same ingredients as a baguette, it tastes almost the same as a baguette, but it is much easier to make. I didn't try this method because I thought the 'shape of bread' had to neat.(Yes, pretty shape would be nice too) Yes! This method is easy, but it doesn't come out perfectly neat shape(like bakery one). But, it's still cool and beautiful though. Anyone can make this delicious and wonderful bread really, really, really easy. * Just mix 4 ingredients together in the evening, and then bake fresh bread in the morning ^^ _
